Injection Molding/LSR Technical Lead — Third Shift

The Injection Molding/LSR Technical Lead role is onsite in Danvers, MA, five days per week, on the third shift from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. Pay is $36–$44.29 per hour plus a 15% shift differential. G&F Precision Molding serves life science, medical device, and pharmaceutical manufacturing needs. The role provides first-level supervision for the molding department, helping ensure safe, cost-effective operations that follow company procedures and the quality management system. It supports production by optimizing schedules and molding processes, resolving technical issues, and coaching technicians and operators.

What you'll do

• Oversee safe, cost-effective molding department operations
• follow production schedules and workflow procedures and maximize machine utilization
• analyze schedules and assign resources
• optimize molding machine cycles and document parameters
• perform mold installation, changeovers, and validations
• troubleshoot molding defects
• collaborate with Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance
• train and coach technicians and operators
• comply with OSHA, safety rules, and the quality management system.
