What you'll do

• Officiate assigned youth sports games impartially
• make safety calls and maintain game control
• communicate expectations and rulings
• conduct pre-game safety inspections
• complete score sheets and reports
• respond to injuries and weather risks under established protocols
• report suspected abuse as required
• address conduct and escalate concerns
• mentor minor youth officials when assigned
• complete required training and meetings
• travel between assigned game sites.
