Family Law Paralegal

What you'll do

• Carry family law matters from hire through resolution alongside multiple attorneys
• draft and prepare petitions, summonses, case information sheets, notices, entries of appearance, and motions
• e-file with county court systems and track case status
• manage calendars, filing dates, and court requirements
• answer client questions and follow up
• maintain current and accurate files
• coordinate proactively with attorneys
• record billable work accurately and ethically.
