What you'll do

• Supervise ASC staff and direct operations
• manage procedure and staff schedules, orientation, evaluations, competencies, and staffing plans
• maintain policies, procedures, job descriptions, and personnel records
• coordinate support services and equipment
• provide staff development and nursing education
• manage budgets, infection control, and fire and safety programs
• oversee credentialing and CMS/AAAHC survey readiness
• support quality assurance and reporting
• direct and evaluate patient care, provide nursing care, assist with endoscopy, educate patients, and administer medications as directed by physicians
• coordinate BLS/ACLS classes.
