Senior Building Automation System Specialist

What you'll do

• Perform new-construction, service, and commissioning work
• troubleshoot HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems
• respond to basic warranty and service calls
• generate, load, and commission controller programming
• calibrate systems
• support engineering submittals and as-built documentation
• verify wiring and device installation
• support subcontractor installation
• diagnose systems and complete commissioning documentation
• communicate project progress and issues
• complete site and administrative documentation
• generate databases and graphics
• assist other BAS specialists
• validate system functionality
• train owners/operators
• coordinate scope changes with the Project Manager
• follow safety standards.
