What you'll do

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Drive sprint execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments, manage risks, and align work with business priorities.
• Track Agile metrics and provide transparent status reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage backlogs and delivery expectations.

Why this role

Requires 9–11 years of Agile software delivery experience with significant Scrum Master experience, and experience leading multiple Agile teams. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Scrum Master certification and banking or financial services experience are preferred.
