Public Relations and Events Manager

What you'll do

• Manage media relationships across venture capital, maritime, defense, energy and climate, and mainstream business outlets
• develop pitches and secure placements
• draft and distribute press releases, advisories, and executive bylines
• manage the external communications calendar and coverage metrics
• cultivate creator relationships and coordinate visits and activations
• plan and execute trade shows, conferences, briefings, and company events
• manage vendors, logistics, speakers, and event workstreams
• prepare event playbooks and reports
• seek speaker and panel opportunities.
