What you'll do

• Monitor pool activities
• enforce pool rules and respond to emergencies
• perform rescues and administer first aid, CPR, and AED when needed
• conduct safety checks and report hazards or maintenance needs
• support swim instructors and educate swimmers on water safety
• keep the pool area clean and organized
• participate in training and safety drills
• provide customer service while maintaining safety oversight
• assist with special events and swim programs as needed.
