What you'll do

• Oversee accounting operations and supervise bookkeeping
• manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• review general ledger, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and balance sheets
• oversee accounting across properties and legal entities
• prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and models
• analyze performance and variances
• support acquisitions, due diligence, financing, fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic planning.

Why this role
