What you'll do

• Check tanker security and identification
• sample inbound and outbound tankers for quality clearance
• perform receiving, pasteurization, separation, batching, sanitation, and clean-in-place functions
• conduct chemical and other testing
• monitor and adjust processing equipment
• maintain supplies and cleanliness
• complete manufacturing records
• troubleshoot equipment and quality issues
• follow applicable safety, food quality, and regulatory procedures.
