The Operations Associate role is an onsite, full-time position in Philadelphia, PA, paying $15.80 per hour. Gopuff’s service delivers everyday essentials to customers, including at night and in poor weather. The associate supports site operations by preparing customer orders, receiving and managing inventory, and assisting with food and beverage preparation where applicable. Accurate, safe handling and staging of orders help the team deliver customers’ purchases efficiently.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack items for dispatch
• receive and unpack vendor pallets and reconcile inventory with purchase orders or invoices
• manage inventory and canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• manage waste and spoilage using FIFO
• contact customers about substitutions or unavailable items
• safely scan and move products
• prepare and package food and beverages according to standards
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• stage and hand off orders.
