What you'll do

• Hire, train, and lead housekeeping and/or laundry staff
• develop department schedules to ensure adequate staffing
• inspect the building and grounds for cleanliness and safety
• collaborate with staff to address resident needs
• ensure facility policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed
• and manage cleaning-supply inventory and ordering.
