Donor Services Coordinator — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Process mail and gifts
• review and correct gift batches
• post and balance gifts
• enter gifts and update donor records in Salesforce
• prepare bank deposit files
• generate and mail acknowledgements and receipts
• respond to donor inquiries
• maintain outgoing mail procedures
• assist with month-end and year-end operations
• collaborate with the Development team.
