What you'll do

• Manage operations at Pavilion Community Center, Al Hattendorf Center, Pirates’ Cove, and Rainbow Falls
• oversee staff and fitness, aquatics, rentals, custodial, and security operations
• manage recreation programming
• develop long-term facility plans
• oversee operational budgets
• work with community groups and district departments
• coordinate building safety and maintenance
• prepare reports and recommendations
• assist with special events and capital-project planning.
