Assembler is an onsite role in Spartanburg, SC. Compensation is $22 per hour. The role supports Ralliant’s production of electro-mechanical products and Anderson-Negele’s hygienic instrumentation solutions. The assembler builds and tests components and finished products while following work instructions and quality standards. The role also contributes to process stability and continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, using production data, and collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.

What you'll do

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and finished goods
• calibrate, test, and inspect products
• interpret drawings and work instructions
• complete production reporting and system transactions
• follow standard work and safety requirements
• identify process improvements
• participate in root-cause problem solving and corrective actions
• use digital tools and production data
• maintain an organized work area.
