What you'll do

• Establish and maintain a portfolio tracking system with RAID logs, milestone schedules, and dashboards
• run recurring status reporting for client leadership
• partner with subject matter experts to define requirements and scope
• advise on vendor and contractor scoping and deliverables
• track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
• escalate issues as needed
• report on status, milestones, and delivery readiness across the portfolio, including the dc.gov relaunch.
