Route Relief Utility Driver

The Route Relief Utility Driver is an onsite, full-time role in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $29.13 per hour. Alsco Uniforms provides uniform and linen rental services and supports customers' operations through service and delivery. The driver delivers products and collects soiled linens on assigned routes while supporting customer service, account needs, and service-team coverage. Accurate route work, safe vehicle operation, and responsive customer interactions help the service department meet customer needs.

What you'll do

• Deliver products and pick up soiled linens safely and on time
• provide customer service and build relationships
• communicate with decision-makers and resolve service concerns
• follow service procedures for installations, deliveries, and account management
• maintain inventories, route books, and customer files
• handle payments, credits, and change orders
• monitor accounts and report feedback or competitive activity
• promote services and refer leads to sales
• inspect and clean the vehicle daily
• load and unload products
• collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams.
