What you'll do

• Manage staff and patient care within practices
• oversee operations, staff, and workflows in collaboration with the Director of Practice Management
• support and train clinical and non-clinical staff
• ensure regulatory and hospital compliance
• assess and improve departmental performance
• manage resources
• communicate with stakeholders
• hire, orient, train, mentor, and coach direct reports
• resolve patient complaints
• transition between practices as needed.
