What you'll do

• Serve as the primary Technology partner to People and Legal
• translate operational needs into technology capabilities and roadmaps
• assess and stabilize BambooHR
• establish system ownership, support, release, and change practices
• own the Legal application roadmap and governance
• evaluate HCM platforms and vendors
• assess integrations, data, security, access, and lifecycle needs
• identify practical AI and automation opportunities
• oversee SaaS vendors and application health.
