What you'll do

• Resolve merchant-facing WRO and URO issues
• work with onsite partners on concerns and escalations
• investigate receiving discrepancies
• communicate updates and escalations
• plan truck and container loading and unloading
• schedule daily loads and deliveries
• manage bills of lading
• log shipments
• check in and out drivers
• record appointments
• support resolution of tickets and merchant escalations
• maintain product safety, quality, legality, and traceability.
