This role exists to provide occupational therapy services to children with developmental disabilities, including autism, within a clinic setting, supporting their functional independence and participation in daily activities.

What you'll do

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify strengths and areas of need related to sensory processing, fine motor skills, self-care, emotional regulation, play, and functional independence
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual and small-group settings
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, speech-language pathologists, caregivers, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Support clients in developing fine motor, visual motor, sensory regulation, self-help, feeding, play, and adaptive living skills
• Implement sensory-based strategies and environmental modifications
• Provide caregiver coaching and education
• Monitor client progress
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards.

What we're looking for

Education

Valid Occupational Therapist credential/license

Experience

2 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities including autism; 1 year of experience overseeing and training staff
