What you'll do

• Execute cell therapy manufacturing operations, including cell expansion, harvest, and fill-finish. Perform aseptic process validation and participate in annual aseptic qualification
• follow cGMP procedures
• support batch records, workflows, and SOPs
• prepare media and buffers, passage cells, and support bioreactor production and harvesting. Lead after-action reviews, support change controls, and work in Grade B and Grade C cleanrooms.
