Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician position is onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. • Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• inspect property and recommend solutions
• assist with contracted projects
• purchase supplies as directed
• support departmental budgets
• maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities
• assist with unit turns
• attend required meetings and safety training
• follow company policies and safety requirements.
