Senior Scrum Master, AI-Led Development Teams

The Senior Scrum Master role is onsite in Southlake, TX four days per week. Compensation is not specified. The role supports new AI-led initiatives with new development teams. The Scrum Master guides teams in applying and improving Scrum practices so they can deliver prioritized business value predictably. By facilitating team ceremonies, coaching Product Owners and developers, removing impediments, and making progress visible, the role supports effective collaboration and continuous improvement across multiple Agile teams.

What you'll do

• Serve as Scrum Master for two or more Agile teams
• coach teams on Scrum and Agile practices
• facilitate backlog grooming, Sprint planning, daily Scrum, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• remove or escalate impediments
• support Product Owners with backlog and release planning
• track and communicate velocity, progress, and risks
• coordinate across teams with Project Managers
• support AI-native engineering teams and AI-assisted software development.

Why this role

Requires five or more years as a Scrum Master and software development experience, including experience working with AI-led teams and demonstrated success scaling AI-assisted software development across multiple teams. Scrum Master certification and scaled Agile framework experience are desired.
