Job overview
The Electrical Design Engineer role is onsite in Moundridge, KS, with regular hours of 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Pay is $25–$32 per hour. The Bradbury Company develops roll-forming solutions and designs electrical controls for automated production machinery. The role develops safe, well-considered electrical control designs that meet project requirements and applicable standards. It works with engineering, project, sales, testing, and manufacturing colleagues to clarify requirements, complete drawings on time, and support project teams.
What you'll do
- Produce electrical control schematic designs
- maintain working knowledge of applicable regulations and standards
- communicate with engineers, managers, project teams, sales, testing, and manufacturing to define and execute project requirements
- identify missing or unclear information
- manage project time
- communicate concerns or changes to project leadership
- provide technical support during other project stages
- complete electrical design drawings using CAD.
