The coordinator builds and maintains relationships with funeral homes to generate referral leads, increase awareness, and support revenue growth. Outreach includes virtual meetings, phone calls, email, cold outreach, and in-person relationship development.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with funeral home partners
• generate referral leads
• educate funeral directors and staff about biohazard remediation services
• identify partnership opportunities through research, networking, and data mining
• conduct outbound calls and email campaigns
• present services professionally
• maintain partner records in internal systems such as Salesforce
• and track, analyze, and report outreach activity and performance metrics.
