What you'll do

• Lead national retail merchandising strategy, operating plans, roadmaps, and execution priorities
• establish in-store merchandising standards, visual presentation, displays, and promotional tactics
• direct merchandising for launches, campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and pricing changes
• guide store design and retail environment standards
• serve as the enterprise liaison for merchandising and retail design
• lead cross-functional planning and establish processes to evaluate and prioritize merchandising requests.
