What you'll do

• Train, supervise, and coach store personnel
• manage departmental structure and merchandise stocking and rotation
• maintain cash handling and point-of-sale procedures
• plan projects, sales budgets, promotions, and expense control
• address customer, volunteer, client, donor, and staff concerns
• recommend staffing and hiring needs
• oversee donation acceptance and handling
• support safety, facility maintenance, payroll, scheduling, PTO requests, time records, and HR-related staff questions.
