The Real Estate Agent, Buyer and Seller Leads role is onsite in La Marque, TX. Compensation is commission-based, with a stated range of $75,000–$200,000 per year based on performance. The Mandie McMillan Team at RE/MAX Coastal provides a lead platform, marketing, and back-office support for agents in the Galveston County and Houston Bay Area markets. The agent works with qualified buyer and seller leads to guide clients through real estate transactions and convert appointments into closings. The team’s lead system, coaching, and transaction support are intended to help agents build production beyond their personal sphere while focusing on client-facing work.

What you'll do

• Work with buyer and seller leads delivered through the team’s lead platform
• prepare for appointments, follow the team process, serve clients, follow up, and work toward closings. Use CRM and real estate technology, participate in coaching and weekly accountability calls, and coordinate with the team’s back-office support. An active Texas real estate license and at least five closed transactions are required.
