The Program Coordinator role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. Mid-South Care Services supports individuals in community homes through its programs. Working under the DDA Program Director, the coordinator oversees assigned homes and staff, maintains compliance with funding and agency requirements, and supports quality service delivery. The role monitors individual plans and outcomes, develops staff capability, and coordinates daily operations and stakeholder communication.

What you'll do

• Coordinate monthly staff meetings for assigned homes
• apply supervisory tools and coach staff
• ensure medical appointments and follow-up are completed
• ensure therapy plans and individual support outcomes are followed
• train staff on individual plans
• monitor documentation and quality assurance
• conduct monthly home audits and unannounced visits
• follow up on incidents and investigations
• ensure drills and training are completed
• monitor staffing and budgets
• communicate with families and stakeholders
• supervise staff and contractors
• participate in the on-call rotation.
