What you'll do

• Manage litigation dockets for multiple attorneys
• prepare and finalize pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
• e-file in Texas state and federal courts
• track deadlines under applicable rules
• coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial settings
• assist with trial preparation
• manage calendaring and travel coordination
• enter attorney time and assist with billing
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors
• and maintain case files.
