What you'll do

• Oversee first-shift production to meet daily output goals and timelines
• lead and coordinate the production team
• uphold policies, safety rules, and procedures
• review schedules, adjust priorities, and assign resources
• identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions
• coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain
• check equipment and report maintenance needs
• train and coach team members
• maintain production KPIs, attendance, and shift performance data
• promote workplace safety.
