The Finishing Operator, 3rd Shift role is onsite in Painesville, OH, Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Starting pay is $25.09 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. Avery Dennison develops materials science and digital identification solutions, including labeling and RFID products. The operator runs finishing assets and supports machine setup, changeovers, quality checks, and production records. Safe, consistent operation and coordination with the team help meet production schedules and quality goals.

What you'll do

• Load raw materials and unload finished products
• control machine cycles and make adjustments to maintain product quality
• test and inspect products using standard measuring devices
• maintain equipment housekeeping
• meet production schedules and program production sequences
• monitor process controls
• maintain production records and logs
• follow safety and housekeeping procedures
• support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• assist team members
• and work short-notice overtime when needed.
