• Respond to resident inquiries, conduct tours, lease apartment homes, and participate in ongoing leasing training.
• Support community operations under the Community Manager, help address common-area and amenity needs, manage rent collections and lease compliance, and contribute to Urban Village communications, events, resident participation, and community connections.
