Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. Provide community outreach to connect the military population to services throughout the eight-county region. Identify training needs of Cumberland River staff to enhance services to the SMVF population. Identify Veteran groups throughout the eight-county region and build relationships with them so that they are aware of services available to Veterans.
