What you'll do

• Assign drafting resources and resolve resource conflicts
• define project scope and estimates
• monitor technical, cost, and schedule progress
• support drawing releases and revisions
• establish and enforce drafting standards and procedures
• lead process improvements
• administer and train users on engineering product data management systems
• recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate staff
• provide drafting and GD&T training.
