What you'll do

• Perform low-rise window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services
• lead and support team members on residential and commercial jobs
• communicate professionally with customers onsite
• identify additional service needs for residential customers, with commission eligibility
• follow ladder safety and fall protection procedures
• ensure job quality, efficiency, and cleanliness
• maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• complete basic job documentation and reporting.
