What you'll do

• Assist with project coordination, timelines, reporting, stakeholder communication, meeting coordination, presentations, deliverable tracking, and project documentation. Serve as a liaison between North American and Asia teams, supporting bilingual communication and cross-cultural collaboration. Work with engineering, sales, finance, and operations
• contribute to process improvements and standard operating procedures
• prepare management reports and dashboards
• and support customer, partner, and vendor engagements. Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
• domestic and international travel is described as a willingness requirement.
