The Superintendent, High-End Custom Residential role is onsite in the Los Angeles and South Bay market. Compensation is a base salary of $160,000–$220,000, depending on experience and seniority. The superintendent leads field operations on major residential projects, coordinating schedules, trades, logistics, inspections, and safety to drive work through completion while applying commercial construction experience to high-end residential craftsmanship.

What you'll do

• Own and drive the master schedule
• forecast work and milestones
• lead subcontractor meetings
• coordinate trades, sequencing, site logistics, and manpower
• review plans for conflicts
• coordinate inspections
• maintain jobsite safety
• and serve as the field leader for project managers, ownership, and design teams.
