The Adult Outpatient Clinician role is onsite in Fairbanks, AK, with an annual pay range of $76,500 to $115,000 depending on experience. Alaska Behavioral Health’s Fairbanks Adult Services Team provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare to adults. The clinician evaluates and treats assigned clients, assesses crisis situations and appropriate levels of care, coordinates referrals and services, and maintains clinical records. The role also contributes to team oversight, supervision, program evaluation, and quality improvement to support responsive, evidence-based outpatient care.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat assigned clients
• assess crisis situations, risk, and appropriate levels of care
• make referrals and develop treatment plans
• coordinate services with community and state agencies
• maintain records
• participate in program evaluation and quality improvement
• provide clinical oversight and supervision as applicable
• use evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
