• Partner with plant leadership to provide strategic and day-to-day HR support.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Coach managers on employee and labor relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent through succession planning.
• Support a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
