What you'll do

• Lead and coach restaurant team members alongside the General Manager
• recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
• set expectations and support development
• follow operational, inventory, and food safety procedures
• assist with scheduling, labor management, expense control, and local marketing
• work a 45-hour variable schedule that includes opening, mid, and closing shifts and weekends and/or holidays
• occasional driving to support restaurant needs is required.

Why this role
