What you'll do

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff
• manage performance and approve timesheets
• develop budgets and forecasts
• monitor income, expenses, contracts, deposits, rent collections, and invoices
• develop marketing and leasing strategies
• address resident concerns and support retention
• ensure accurate reporting
• coordinate emergency response
• monitor maintenance, repairs, inspections, and property appearance
• direct maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities.
