Support Technician

What you'll do

• Own assigned support tickets, calls, and emails
• provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and rotating on-call support, including after-hours and weekends
• troubleshoot and maintain system applications and peripherals
• identify knowledge-base topics and documentation needs
• test and diagnose in the lab
• support customer testing and cutovers
• maintain and test remote VPN clients
• diagnose audio systems, signal flow, wiring, and related faults
• conduct system checkouts and device setups for shipment.
