What you'll do

• Advise clients on private investment fund formation from inception through closing
• represent sponsors and investors
• handle sponsor-level matters involving general partner and management company entities
• support secondary transactions involving limited partner or portfolio company interests
• draft and organize transaction work with strong analytical skills.
