The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager role is onsite at JBSA-Randolph in San Antonio, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $43–$46 per hour, with an eligible sign-on bonus of up to $5,000. The role supports military service members’ care coordination, recovery, and readiness. The RN case manager coordinates care and communicates with service members, providers, military units, and other stakeholders throughout each case. The role uses clinical judgment and case-management expertise to support care plans, recovery, and appropriate return-to-duty or disability evaluation pathways.

What you'll do

• Provide RN case management under applicable standards and Defense Health Agency requirements
• coordinate with providers, military units, treatment facilities, and other stakeholders
• engage stakeholders about records, authorizations, care plans, appointments, and evaluations
• support MEDCON programs and return-to-duty or disability evaluation pathways
• research clinical and administrative information
• develop recommendations and action plans
• maintain case-management documentation and facilitate communication.
