What you'll do

• Assist prospective residents with apartment, amenity, pricing, and availability information
• create photo, video, and written content
• support social media posting and inquiries
• assist with lead follow-up and marketing materials
• attend resident and community events
• monitor market and competitor activity
• enter and route service requests
• support resident activities, move-in and move-out processes, rent and fee collection, and community upkeep
• respond to lockouts and minor service issues outside business hours as required by the posting.
