The role diagnoses and repairs professional camcorders and production equipment while documenting findings and service work. It supports responsive customer service and helps maintain equipment performance and service quality.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and camera products
• evaluate professional camcorders, ENG, cinema, film, and production equipment
• use dedicated testing and service equipment
• complete data entry and work orders
• record product failures, trends, and serviceability
• provide efficient service support and meet service metrics.
