What you'll do

• Conduct at least monthly outreach to families and landlords
• mediate client-family and landlord relationships
• intervene when tenancy is endangered
• advocate in housing court
• assess evolving needs
• connect families to medical resources
• monitor children’s school progress
• document stabilization plans and progress
• collaborate with case managers and housing navigation liaisons.
