What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, recommendations, and offers
• coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding
• partner with staffing agencies
• answer employee questions about benefits and related processes
• review timecards, process payroll, and administer bonuses
• maintain HRIS and personnel records
• coordinate training, events, wellness, and recognition programs
• prepare HR reports.
